Virtual School Conferences | Thursday, March 20 - Friday, March 21

All school conferences will be moving online as follows:

·       Thursday, March 20, 2025 | 5:00PM-8:00PM

·       Friday, March 21, 2025 | 9:00AM – 2:00PM (NO CLASSES)

Bookings open Wednesday, March 12 at 6:00PM until Thursday, March 20 at 9:00 AM

Use School Conference Manager to book your virtual conferences. Technical support for booking and joining online conferences is available to parents and guardians.

In advance of your scheduled meeting time, we recommend that you take a few minutes to review your student’s progress and updated marks in PowerSchool to prepare any questions you may have for the teacher.  Click here for a short “how-to” video.

Please Note:

Each individual teacher requires a separate meeting. For example, if your child has 8 different teachers (math, science, language arts, social studies, P.E., homeroom, foods, art), and you want to meet with every teacher, you would need to book 8 different conferences. It is not necessary to book a conference with every teacher - unless you want to!

School conferences are one of many ways we communicate student progress to parents/guardians. It is an excellent opportunity to connect, clarify needed information and to ensure that each student is successful. Please contact our main office if you have any questions. We look forward to connecting with you virtually!

Community Engagement | School Planning Survey Now Open

Your voice is important to us so please take the opportunity to share your insights using this link or QR code below. The survey will remain open until March 31, 2025.

Athletics Update

MPS just wrapped up a very successful volleyball season with our Sr Girls winning their division, our Jr Boys and Jr Girls losing in the finals to finish second, and our Sr Boys losing a close match in the semi finals. Thank you to athletes, parents, and coaches for a great season!

Moving forward, we have badminton and track field remaining on our athletic calendar. Due to labour action, both sports are being postponed until further notice. We will communicate as we know more.
