Foods 8 focuses on kitchen safety, appetizers and desserts. Typical recipes may include cakes, dips, pasta, pizza, tacos, pastries, specialty drinks, ice cream, crepes, tarts, and pies. Students also complete a project where they choose their own group members, and what they want to cook. Finally, we will look at theatrical design and how costumes, sets, sound, and lights all have an impact on theatre.

Students will also have an opportunity to explore some of the more advanced techniques such as riffs, picking and leads.
