Weekly Update March 15, 2024

Upcoming | School Conferences

Teachers are looking forward to meeting with students and their parents/guardians to discuss learning progress for the second semester, as follows:

  • Thursday, March 21   5:00 pm – 8:00 pm (in person)
  • Friday, March 22    9:00 am – 2:00 pm (virtual)

Parents/guardians will be able to login to School Conference Manager and book conferences starting on:

  • March 13th at 9:00 am until Thursday, March 21 at 9:00 am.

Instructions for booking and joining conferences are on the CBE technical Help for Parents page

In advance of your scheduled meeting time, we recommend that you take a few minutes to review your student’s progress and updated marks in PowerSchool to prepare any questions you may have for the teacher. Click here for a short “how-to” video.

Please Note:

  • Each individual teacher requires a separate meeting. For example, if your child has 8 different teachers (math, science, language arts, social studies, P.E., homeroom, foods, art), and you want to meet with every teacher, you would need to book 8 different conferences.
  • It is not necessary to book a conference with every teacher - unless you want to!

School conferences are one of many ways we communicate student progress to parents/guardians. It is an excellent opportunity to connect, clarify needed information and to ensure that each student is successful. Please contact our main office if you have any questions.
