Remembrance Day Ceremony

On Wednesday, November 8^th, Mountain Park School held their annual Remembrance Day Ceremony. We were lucky enough to have performances from our band, several drama students, and leadership students as our emcees. Special thanks to all of our students, who were amazing audience members, and to all families and staff who sent in pictures of veterans. Because of everyone’s contributions, it made our time together key in honouring all past and current veterans who have fought to ensure we live in peace. Lest we forget.

 

Understanding Vaping - Child & Youth Well-Being Family & Caregiver Series

The first session of this year's Child & Youth Well-Being Family and Caregiver Series is on Nov. 16th from 6:30 – 8 p.m., hosted in partnership with AHS.  We will present the health implications of vaping and how to engage in challenging conversations with young people about it.  This virtual event is open to all parents and staff to attend.

Travel Trips | Deadline Extended

Scholastic Book Fair

Mark your calendars!  The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to our School.  It will take place on November 20-24, 2023.

 

Your investment in your reader helps our whole school.  All purchases earn Scholastic Dollars that can be redeemed for books and educational resources for our school’s classrooms and library.
