Take Our Kids to Work Day – Grade 9 Students Only:
Wednesday, November 1st is Take Our Kids to Work Day. Traditionally, Grade 9 students are invited to accompany an adult (usually parent/guardian/family member) to work to learn more about the workplace. This is a great opportunity for students to learn about what a work day may look like and allow them to start thinking about life after high school. If you would like your child to attend, please email your child’s homeroom teacher to ensure their absence is recorded. There will be alternate activities for those students who come to school. For more information, please visit https://www.studentscommission.ca/en/take-our-kids-to-work. If you have any questions about this event, please email your child’s teacher or Ms. LeBlanc at hlleblanc@cbe.ab.ca
